It’s Michelle’s turn to play coy as she reaches under the counter to retrieve another voucher,
Peter stares at it, a disbelieving laugh bubbling out as he does, “You’re kidding.”
“I’m so sorry to disappoint…”
“Are you? Sorry that is…” She shrugs then, a flighty little thing, and Peter’s back to grinning at her.
“Guess I’ll just have to come back…” He eyes her for a moment, gauging every minuscule change in her expression, tracking the flush spreading down her neck and across her collarbone.
It’s only a little embarrassing how breathless she sounds when she tells him, “guess so.”
Or Michelle meets Peter while working at a karaoke bar and shenanigans ensue.

“Oh, damn.” Flash reaches forward for the forgotten popcorn, tucking it between his and Betty’s legs as they make themselves comfortable. “This is gonna be good.”

He leans too heavily on the door handle, his hand slipping off and taking his upper body with him. The way he blushes as he rights himself is almost cute, scratching the back of his neck as he chuckles awkwardly. “Oh! Uh, hello, Ms. Jones.”
“Mr. Parker,” she says in amusement, leaning her hip against the desk and crossing her arms. “Are you lost again?”

He grins at her, bouncing on the sole of his feet so his Uncle’s tie flutters in the stale air. The words have been carefully practised, but he still manages to trip over his tongue when she goes from clasping his hand to slotting their fingers together. “I-I sure do!”
“And Michelle—"
“—MJ—”
“—Michelle, do you wanna marry him back?”
She scratches at the spot of her cheek where the vintage lace tickles. “Sure. I proposed, didn’t I?”
