Summary
Mobius is sick. Sick and neglected to tell Loki he was sick for several days! Not that is matters, Loki still drops everything (not that they have much to do anyway) to help him. Unfortunately, because their roomate had been sick for several days, they seem to be out of anything useful for the healing of an ailment such as Mobius' in the entire apartment! It's up to Loki to fix that
Or
Loki goes to the store to get, well, more of everything. They run into a little trouble while they are there.

As the Thirteenth Doctor lays, restless, in bed after the recent horror of her childhood best friend burning down their home, she wonders what events led to this, led to them fighting across the stars, their outbreak causing worlds to burn, and innocents to die, and more and more people to save. It brings her all the way back to the first day of the Academy: when she met her Koschei.

Mobius realizes what he said far too late as Loki turns their head quickly towards him, eyes wide with a faint shade of red tinting their cheeks.
“What?” Loki manages.
No backing out now, says an annoying thought to Mobius.
Or...
Mobius and Loki have run away from the TVA, soon after reuniting, into a random timeline, away from their old lives. They built a life, a home, but...they are best friends. Best. Friends. This is what Mobius tells himself every morning when he wakes up, just one room away from Loki's. He doesn't want to mess this up.

It was just there. On the ground. Not doing anything at all. No one came running to keep him from getting it, Thor did not notice, the Avengers did not notice, SHIELD did not notice. Loki is pretty sure they are all too busy with Stark or the Hulk. So Loki does the one thing his mind is screaming at him to do above all the other thoughts.
He picks up the Tesseract.
And escapes.
Though why he has no Hel of an idea.
