Summary
You would think the smell of blood wouldn't bother me anymore, being I have killed countless creatures in my time as a cult leader. The smell of blood and gore follows me, soaking deeper into my wool with every life I take. It lingers no matter how many herbs I lather my fleece with or how many incense we burn during sermons. It continues to haunt me the same as the screams do.
Or: I make the lamb suffer because if I have to they have too as well :)

A bony hand, still held by chains stretched out to gesture loosely a signal to come forward. Two fingers are most prominent in that gesture while the other two are lazily curled. It’s a kinder gesture than he’s seen from others of smaller stature. Narinder doesn’t move for a second.
However, he still stumbles to his feet and moves forward like a zombie in a haze.
“Fear not, for though you are already dead, I still have need of you.” The deity bellows.
Dead.
He is dead.
Narinder finds himself at the mercy of death himself. Extinction of his species had lead him here. And just like that, a god beckons him.

Summary
Promised Liberator of The One Who Waits, but there are others that desire liberation. Unknown to the ways of the Old Faith, a ritual has been set in motion by the devout of Yngya—firstborn of the frost. A ritual to consume the lands of the Old Faith in the same rot and ruin they left her in. The spell is cast to take root when the last lamb falls, and fall they do. They fall over and over and over again.
The ritual is fulfilled, but only in part. The rot spreads with each death of the bearer of the Red Crown and with the destruction of the Bishops. It threatens to destroy everything in its path, regardless of who they might be. Corrupted Yngya reaches out from her static state, frozen in a space between death and life. She seeks absolution and completion of the ritual. What shall The Lamb do? What path has Fate decided?
