Richie is caught in the deadlights. Eddie saves him, inevitably injured in the process. He has a moment with Richie and nearly dies before the Losers can get him to safety, but just barely makes it. Richie tells Eddie something personal back in the sewers and doesn't know how to feel about it now that Eddie's okay.
TL;DR: Eddie survives.
