Summary
Descending the staircase behind the Princess was a figure who made the entire room seem to fall away. The young man had mid-length, black hair that framed his face in soft, tousled waves. His attire - a navy blue and white raiment that clung snuggly to his form - highlighted a slim waist and broad shoulders. Gold accents traced his cuffs and collar, catching the light with every step he took down the grand staircase.
Despite his grace, it was not just his features that intrigued the prince, but his eyes that held Minho captive. They were dark and incredibly kind, with a warmth that softened his entire presence. Beneath that kindness, however, was a glimmer of nervousness, a sense of vulnerability he seemed determined to conceal. In a second however, a sense of bright amusement lit up in the stranger’s eyes, and they seemed to sparkle with humor and a hint of mischief, like he was in on a joke the rest of the world had missed.
The prince felt his heart stumble, caught off guard by the magnetic pull of someone who was, in every way, unexpected. For the first time that night, Minho found he couldn’t look away.
