Behind closed doors, Kaoru was often the recipient of Kojiro’s softness. He usually fought it- he always had- but Kojiro was equal parts soft-hearted and stubborn, which meant that he had gotten very good at sweet talking Kaoru into taking care of himself.
And that was exactly how they’d gotten into this situation. Kaoru had been discharged from the hospital two days ago, and, knowing that Kaoru would neglect his needs if left alone, Kojiro had practically dragged him to his own apartment, now holding him hostage.

One of the waiters is bringing a tray over to their table, with two tall layered rainbow cocktails, while another is recording on a phone. Kaoru looks from them to Kojiro, who is also staring with his mouth open.
"We heard that you're on your honeymoon!" The waiter with the drinks announces, loud enough that several tables around them can hear. "We just wanted to give our congratulations to the newlyweds. I hope you enjoy your drinks!"
Kaoru and Kojiro lie about being on their honeymoon to get an upgrade on their cruise, and have to face the consequences.

It should be like any other trip, filled with delightful bickering and pent up sexual tension that they do not acknowledge.
Instead a mishap with an amateur 'psychic' leads to more honesty that Kaoru knows how to handle.
