Summary

It broke Hanbin's heart to know that Hao was suffering because of him. Hanbin had avoided intimacy for too long, told too many lies. He couldn't be the alpha his lovely omega deserved, because in the end, Hanbin was no alpha.

The moment their eyes meet, something inside Hanbin crumbles. Hao doesn’t wait, and instead pulls him into his arms, wrapping them around the younger’s neck, anchoring him.
Hanbin trembles, then shatters.
His face crumples as tears spill over, finally freed, wetting Hao’s cream sweater while his cries grow louder, more desperate. The sound is raw and devastating, too much for someone who’s had to stay strong for too long.
“Oh baby,” Hao whispers, holding him tighter, rubbing gentle circles along his back as Hanbin sobs uncontrollably into his shoulder.
