Summary
Here's a bit I wrote just for this summary:
Ryoji liked Sakuya, believe it or not. That in of itself shouldn't have meant anything: Ryoji loved everything, from the light to the water to the people, and had no qualms in showing it. But there was something different about Sakuya, something in the way he just existed, easily, slotted in neatly next to all the people that were clearly brightened by his prescence, something that made his chest feel tight and brought all the things about him he'd rather leave in the shadows to light. He made everything feel like a sun finally ready to ignite in a supernova, the world glowing hot and bright in one last huzzah before the end, and yet, there was something so addicting about it. Like he's never left his side, but at the same time, he's always longed to be closer still, like the first thing he ever felt was love for him.
