Summary
Izuku tried. He tried so many times but no matter what, the spells would not be cast. He hoped to wake up from such a nightmare.
There may have been people who weren't able to chant in the past, but in this day and age? Everyone was able to and if you couldn't then... why did you still exist? You were useless to the society anyways.
And when Izuku tries to regain his footing and find another way around life, something he'd never expect to happen hits him like a truck and now his defectivness isnt't the leaast of his worries.
(Magic au in which Izuku can't chant spells, making him unable to be "normal". But when he finds his mom in coma due to a very dangerous illness, he learns chanting isn't the only way to cast magic.
Changes:
Heroes- Wizards (they all must wear any type of cape (the ones with hood idk)
Vigilates- Rogues
Mutant type quirks or any non-human altered appeariances- "curse" or simply refered to as Cursed
Villains remain unchanged, i couldn't find a well fitting name to replace the term anyway so i think it's fine.) -

Summary
All Shinso wished for was a quiet trip to the dome where the rescue training was to unfold. He didn't really get his wish granted.
He also wished for it to be just another training, nothing out of the ordinary.Well it looks like it isn't really his day.

When Izuku woke up, he was reminded that this is not his home. Not his colourful room. He was forced to abandon that place years ago....
(Aka. the fic where Izuku was taken by his father, All for One, before he hit his fourth Birthday. Unfortunately, Izuku is quirkless and his father decides he won't accept it so he throws little Izuku into one of his labs in hopes that the scientists will fix it. He gets rescued later though :'3 )
