Lana Vail. She was a new tenant at the Sunset Arms Boarding House. She was originally from Southeastern Europe and had the accent to match. She had light brown hair and was actually quite pretty. She was nice and friendly.
Almost... too friendly. It sort of weirded Arnold out, honestly, because he had no idea what she was doing or why she was doing it.
For example, on morning on a Laundry Day when he dragged his dirty clothes to the washing machine, he saw Lana sitting on top of it while it was running.

TL;DR Sum.: Arnold and Lana Vail (the tenant in s1 w/ a crush on Arnold) do it.

Cecile smiled and waved him off. "Don't worry about me," she said, sitting on the blanket. "You'll make it up to me soon enough."
They both sat quietly for a moment, eating the delicious picnic food staples he brought with them before Gerald cleared his throat, breaking the silence. He began fidgeting with the edges of his shirt, looking anywhere but at Cecile. "So... uh, Cecile?" he mumbled. "About earlier..."
Cecile nodded. "Yes, Gerald?"
Gerald looked up at her, eyes full of uncertainty, like he wasn't sure if he should ask her what he was about to ask. "Would it be too soon and too forward of me to ask you if you want me to comfort you?"- TL;DR: Gerald comforts the real Cecile with sex.
