He’s known Prince Shane for years now. He trained with him briefly, back when they were boys and the training yard was even ground. Their swords would clash against one another, Shane’s deft sword work nearly equal to his own. Not that Ilya would ever admit that. Once, when they were sparring, Shane’s sword had grazed his cheek. It left a shallow cut that bled softly, his blood a bright red against his skin. Shane’s frantic and worried flush was just as bright and Ilya had wanted to lick his heated pink cheeks.

He suggests going to see Dr. Wells again, since she was so helpful the first time around, and Buck can’t explain the pit in his stomach. Maybe that’s why he blows up during dinner, as if barbed words could cause the same amount of hurt that ruined his leg. But Bobby doesn’t back down. He levels Buck with a disappointed not quite glare, and Buck is suddenly 12 again. He’s sitting on the Buckley family couch and Phillip Buckley is looming overhead, insisting he still needs a babysitter despite Evan’s protests.

Evie even arranged each bouquet herself, ensuring that both the reception hall and the chapel were overflowing with flowers, flooded by life.
Afterall, death is a kind of rebirth, and her mother always spoke of making oneself anew and more beautiful than before. That was her mother’s duty to the world, to make it more beautiful. Evie was sure to include that in her tearful eulogy.

Summary
Ilya Rozanov has been drafted by Boston, the number one pick overall, but his father doesn't want him moving to America and so takes steps to block his visa. He's going to have to go back to Russia and stay there forever and that, thinks Shane Hollander, is wrong.
It's so wrong that Shane can't stop himself from doing something about it. Even though that something is the most reckless, the only reckless thing he's ever done in his life. He marries Rozanov in secret, to keep him out of Russia and put him on a path to Canadian citizenship.
Shane's got a five-year plan to get him there and when you have a plan nothing can go wrong. Right? Right. When you have a solid plan and a marriage that's on paper only there's no risk of feelings getting involved. Not on Rozanov's part and certainly not on Shane's.

No, the texts are going viral because no one can believe how bad this “Jane” is at sexting.
The women of the world are outraged. The men of the world are baffled. No one can understand why Ilya Rozanov, whose abs have their own fan club, is wasting his time on ‘a piece of cardboard that wished to be turned into a real girl’ (this particular joke has 300k likes and counting).
Or: After a social media trend mocks Shane's sexting skills, he tries to improve them. It goes about as poorly as you'd expect.
