Summary
After graduating, Aizawa Shouta rented a broken down basement apartment, threw his heart away, and shut everyone out. That was how he lived for two years—isolated in an unheated apartment with no possessions and no life outside of hero work. It was the logical choice. That was what Shouta told himself every night.
Then he reconnected with Hizashi, who managed to reach his missing heart, and everything came tumbling down.
For two years, Shouta thought he was fine. But for those two years, Shouta was just spiraling further and further down. One thing became clear: Shouta couldn't take care of himself and the problems he always had were just becoming more apparent. Shouta never understood himself and he always knew that there was something wrong, but that was never so obvious as it was now. After seeing his rundown apartment, Hizashi has him move in so he can help him understand himself and both he and Shouta start on the long journey of sorting everything out—from the mess inside Shouta's head to the lost relationship they once had, bit by bit.

Upon ‘meeting’ Deku, Hitoshi realizes that his worst fears are true–Deku doesn’t remember him at all. Hitoshi fights to try to build a relationship with him after Deku discovers that Hitoshi’s initial capture was a set up and the two of them work a case together as Hitoshi tries to come to terms with the fact that Deku doesn’t remember the events that were so pivotal in Hitoshi’s life.

Summary
There’s a cat on the UA campus.
It’s a stray, no doubt. It’s been there for months now. Nedzu hates the thing, and for a couple weeks after its first appearance, he tries to get it to go away. Cats are bad news for him and he’s definitely not a fan. He can still feel the marks from the last time a cat got its claws into his tail.
Those efforts to make it go away never worked, though, and the cat remains. After two weeks, Nedzu stops trying.
It’s impossible to ignore it. But he does it anyways.

Summary
Hitoshi never knew what caused it.
It seemed to come on at random times. Sometimes it happened when he’d exerted himself too much. That was the most understandable, logical cause. But other times, there seemed to be no cause at all, as if his body sometimes just decided to give up out of the blue and drag Hitoshi down, down, down until all he could do was lay in bed and sleep the day away while hoping things would be better tomorrow.
In the midst of a chronic pain episode, Hitoshi spends the day at home resting, at Aizawa and Yamada’s insistence. He can’t help but to feel guilty, though, and because of that when Aizawa asks him if he wants them to stay home from hero work tonight, Hitoshi answers no. He regrets it when they don’t come home on time and his pain keeps him from investigating like he wants to.

Summary
After waking up in an idyllic dream, Shouta and Hizashi lose two weeks of their lives at the hands of an unreality villain with a penchant for kidnapping heroes and ‘curing’ them of trauma. The two of them are deemed to have ‘shared trauma’ and placed in a hospital for observation, a place neither of the two of them like.
