'Hiccup took her hand and yelped again as she pulled him out of the crowd and onto Berkian soil, just to the side of where the docks met the village. They continued on around the mingling Berkians and Berserkers, Rytin making a beeline for the forest.
“Come on, Hiccup!” she called back at him, grinning toothily. “It’s a beautiful day!”
As Rytin whooped gleefully, dragging him along, the fog and clouds seemed to lighten like Frigg herself was smiling. Hiccup couldn’t be sure what for, but he would soak in the sunlight while he could.
Berk rarely did anything but rain, after all.'
Or, Hiccup and Dagur become friends—brothers—the moment they meet.

Summary
'Admins, if Elliot had known that baby trapping, of all things, would turn 007n7 to good, he would have dumped a child at his door sooner than anyone could say the word.
...Maybe not. Elliot cringed as he remembered the (former?) exploiter's haggard appearance.'
Or, 007n7 is struggling to pay his dues now that he's trying to get on the right side of the law for his new son. Elliot unwittingly enters the picture and finds that he wants to help.

'“Are,” Hiccup stuttered, nerves obviously fraying under Stoick’s gaze, “Are you mad?”
“Son,” Stoick responded, pulling him close, “I’m absolutely furious.”
Hiccup stilled, head pressed into Stoick’s shoulder as he hugged his son. The Night Fury snarled, startling everyone around it, but Stoick barely reacted. He couldn’t bring himself to care anymore when his son was so close to him again.
“Furious with you for going off on your own,” he amended, “On a beast that could’ve hurt you. Furious with you for apparently going to the nest, all alone, where nobody would’ve been able to find you until it was too late.”
Hiccup leaned into the hug, ducking his head. “Well, it all worked out in the end, right?” he asked, a nervous laugh bubbling up in his throat as he leaned back.'
Or, the aftermath of Phoenix.

Summary
In the end, the great Red Death was not defeated by a titan’s fire or ice. She was not defeated by great numbers, by the wrath of many.
She was defeated only by a conversation with a juvenile dragon.
As she led Two-of-One’s subjects towards their new home, following them herself, Stjornandi couldn’t find it in herself to be upset by that fact.
Or, the Red Death is not an evil dragon.
She’s just tired.

When Dagur talks about leaving, the brothers decide to wait until after Dragon Training. They end up waiting a bit longer, until their next tribe meeting.
They do leave, however, disappearing in the breeze in the dead of night.
From then on, they’re left on their own, finding an island, a name to call their own, and maybe a new family, too.
