“Bye,” Eddie mumbles distantly, and when Buck finally manages to open his eyes again, Eddie is halfway out the door already.
Puzzled, he just stands there, listens to the slam of the door and the starting of the truck outside, his mind spinning and his lips still tingling.
Eddie has just kissed him. Actually kissed him, like it was the most normal, casual thing in the world, like this was what they always do, a routine they follow, a dance they’ve learned.

Summary

LA feels like the perfect place for him and Christopher to start over—and that’s exactly what they do.

Scenting occurs when someone having a sub-gender leaves an imprint of their scent—almost like marking territory on their significant other or someone they consider their mate… and hm," Jisung hummed. "Mating marks occur when the hybrid person, during their mating season, in their natural characteristic marks a part of your body by either biting it or leaving something like a hickey. Basically means you're bonded to each other."
"Jisung-ah," Minho stressed. Asking him to just get to the point.
Jisung raised his brows and lifted his hands up in defense. "You reek of Hyunjinnie and Lix's scents. So much so that me and Seungmin were confused if you were a human or a hybrid."
"Oh."
Minho blinked. He couldn't get the scent on himself. Surely, Jisung's shower gel left its usual sweet fragrance to his body, but other than that he simply couldn't feel anything. He recalled Hyunjin mentioning pheromones and also remembered the vague sweetness.
