Niki raised his head from his sleeping position. “Sounds to me, you’ve got a boy problem.” He fixed his head between his palms in an annoying manner.
“I like you better when you’re asleep.” Jungwon grunted. “And please never repeat the words ‘a boy problem’ again.”
“A boy problem.”
“I don’t have a boy problem!”
Jungwon pulled on his hair in frustration. Jungwon didn’t have a boy problem, he didn’t have a problem. It was a crush, a temporary one which would fade away in no time. It had to.
Jungwon’s body shook as he felt an impact on his shoulder, surprising him. He lifted his head to meet the intruder’s eyes—Jay’s eyes. “So,” Jay’s lips curved into a smirk. “A boy problem huh?”
“I finally get to say,” Jake drumrolled. “I knew this all along!”
“Knew what?” Sunghoon looked up from his plate of pasta.
Sunoo rolled his eyes. “He kissed him.”
“Who kissed whom?” Niki coughed on his soda.
Heeseung laughed, “I had such a hard time trying to keep that a secret.”
“Me too,” Jungwon smiled to himself. “Me too.”

Mingyu left. Wonwoo is all alone again. Wonwoo’s throat feels blocked, he chokes out a pained sob and sniffs his nose aggressively. His nose aches from the cold, the constant rubbing and sniffing.
Wonwoo feels suffocated, he feels trapped in his own emotions. He wants to be set free, he feels an immersive amount of anger and other different negative emotions. So, he shouts, he screams and thrashes his arms into the air. His voice cracks but he doesn’t stop, he screams and screams. Passerby’s stare at him with pity and confusion but they quickly carry on with their own lives, not sparing Wonwoo a single glance after.
Wonwoo drinks his sorrows away on this lonely and painfully heartbroken night. The beer bottles are shattered on the floor just like Wonwoo’s heart, he steps on those shards with his shoes to hear that satisfying crack. Now we are all broken, Wonwoo thinks.
