After the final battle of the Darkest Dungeon, Reynauld is left to walk on the tainted earth with the loss of Dismas still haunting his waking days. In the coming days, Reynauld will soon discover that the highwayman is still alive, somewhere in this festering world and it is up to the crusader and his companions to find their long-lost friend.
Come hell or high water, Reynauld will gladly plunge headfirst into the abyss to find him.

“You heard me the first time.” He shifts, throat tight and mouth dry, scarf sticking to the sweaty nape of his neck. The soldier shakes his head in disbelief.
“Thought I was dreamin’, sire. You’d let us all take turns with you? Breeding you?”
When Reynauld doesn’t back down at that, the man whistles lowly. “You don’t know what you’re getting into, sire. We haven’t hit a town in months. The barracks at night are… well.”
He grins. “Do you really wanna find out?”
“Mmm. I-I wouldn’t mind. For the morale...”
