Summary
Ivan and Till were always close, even when they fought as children, or when they bickered as teenagers, because practically everyone who knew them, no matter how brief their interactions with the pair were, they could tell that Ivan and Till cared for each other, deeply. They're friendship seemed perfect to some, strangely enough, even though between the two of them, there were problems and lies everywhere.
The biggest problem with their friendship was that Ivan didn't tell Till everything. Ivan lied and told himself it was to keep Till safe, so he wouldn't hurt Till, which was why Ivan never told Till about what would happen at the end of summer. Ivan would never tell what happened the day after his graduation, or what really happened in New York, because the less Till knew, the further they would drift apart, and the further they drifted apart, the less Ivan could to love Till

Luka remained silent for a while not wanting to mess up the chance of a perfect shot, only speaking up when her words guided him into a new pose. “Flaws?” of course he had flaws, the scars on his chest were a permanent reminded of that. “No one’s ever told me I have a flaw before..so why would you?” he asked curiously.
