Summary
Bilbo Baggins had lived a comfortable life in the Shire, tending to his garden, minding his own business. And then the Dwarves thought they could come and disturb his life with stories of faraway kingdoms, enchanted kings and magical gardens.
Bilbo was not amused.
A different take on the quest where Erebor never fell, Thorin has been poisoned and the Dwarves are in dire need of a gardener.

Summary
Bilbo Baggins’ letter was different from all the others Thorin had received at that time.
First, Bilbo actually got his name right. Very little people cared to learn Thorin’s name those days, so most of his packages were sent as “to the blacksmith in the woods”. He used to have a name, a title and a kingdom. And then, after the dragon fire, all was left were ashes, a hunted kingless kingdom and the bitter taste of defeat.
Yet, somehow as if a miracle, there it was: “To Mister Thorin, Blacksmith from Erebor”.

But what shall they do, when a long awaited prophecy finally comes? When the war is sure, when the dragon wakes up, will love be enough?
Duty calls, Erebor must be saved.
