“See that wasn’t so bad, was it Wemmbu?” Lettuce started, turning the two of them—he actually forcefully turned Wemmbu by the shoulder—so they were facing each other. “If only you hadn’t complained so much earlier. This would have been so much easier!”
Something in Flame’s stomach turned at the way Lettuce spoke. Worse, Wemmbu didn’t reply. He just stood there and stared, face completely blank. He looked out of it.
After a moment of deliberation, Flame let his invis run out and equipped his armor. “So uh, what’s going on here guys?”
