Summary
“I don't know about a modern zombie outbreak but they do make it reeeeal easy for people not to pay attention,” he drawled. There was a husky quality to it that leaned softly on grating but in a good way. It vibrated into your mind, almost grinding against the synapses in your brain and making your thoughts fuzzy as you tried to focus on the conversation. It was utterly hypnotic.
Maybe it was a good thing you left your phone at home...or is being aware of everything actually more of a curse than a blessing?
