It’s strange at first that after a week of being broken up with, he was suddenly dating someone new, and being asked to be someone’s boyfriend only a week after. He only finds it strange because he knows others would find it suspect—did he even ever like Ben? Shouldn’t he be more broken up about the whole thing?
But after a bit of berating himself over not caring about Ben as much as he should’ve, he gave up on that bitterness towards himself and extended a deep love towards Nick instead.

Nick Nelson has a secret. Not an earth-shattering secret that could hurt anyone. Well, maybe except for himself.
Here’s the thing: Nick hates horror films. Like, he cannot sit through them without feeling heavy anxiety sitting in his stomach, making him feel sickly. Truth be told, he’s never enjoyed them.
The problem was that Charlie Spring was the only person who didn’t seem to know this.
AKA The one where Charlie asks Nick to watch horror films with him and Nick, the bisexual disaster that he is, agrees because of his massive crush on Charlie.

Summary
All five Works are set in the same alternate universe where Nick and Charlie meet in a coffee shop in their 30s, prompting a slow burn demi-bi awakening.
The first fic is complete, rated for Teens and the slow burn part in bite-size chapters.
The second fic is also complete, rated E and details their first weekend as boyfriends in a longer format.
The third and fourth are slices of their lives together from anywhere our imagination takes us; they may never be completed. One is rated for Teens and the other is rated E. Both are open for requests, subject to author interest.
Many parts of 3 and 4 were originally published in the fifth Work, which has been retired now that they exist.
