“What’s a chemist doin’ startin’ fights at a speakeasy?” the man asks, and Kiyoomi doesn’t like that question. He doesn’t like it at all. It brings up all the worst of his memories. Kiyoomi doesn’t answer.
“Well at least ya know who ya are,” the man muses after a few moments. “No amnesia or nothin’?”
And isn’t that funny. For better or for worse, Kiyoomi does know who he is, and who he is is illegal—a disgrace. He hums his affirmations and stares at the mud on the man’s shoes. He doesn’t listen to what the man says next. Instead, he thinks about the life he was forced to leave behind. He thinks about his mother and bad moonshine. He thinks about life-changing rumors, and he thinks about the first time he’d slept with another man. -

He really only meant to watch a movie with Bokuto-san, but as with all things related to Bokuto Koutaro, Akaashi Keiji has gotten much more than he had anticipated. It really shouldn't have been so surprising. It's Bokuto-san. Of course he's a cuddler. Plus, the movie is terrible.

Megumi stops breathing for a second. His grip tightens until it hurts. He looks at Yuuji, eyes wide, caught between panic and something that looks a whole lot like hope.
"Yeah," he says, his voice barely a whisper. "I'd probably let you."
