Summary
Ground Zero and Deku are the world's top two heroes, constantly knocking each other out of the number one spot. Their rivalry keeps them both sharp, and while Katsuki would prefer to be the undisputed champion, he’s not unhappy.
The thing is, he’s still a virgin. It’s not like he’s shy. He just doesn’t want to waste his time with people who aren’t good enough for him. But he’s admittedly let his personal life fall by the wayside so that he could focus on being a big damn hero. Anyway, now that he’s finally thinking about it, it’s clear there’s only one person who’s worthy of being with him. His oldest friend. His rival. His permanent pain in the ass. The only hero alive who comes close to being Ground Zero’s equal: Deku.

absolutely devastating. bookmarked because i couldn't get these two exchanges out of my head:
Thor rounds on Clint. The air crackles, and almost bursts. Natasha’s hair is floating in air, standing on end, and Clint looks like he’s been electrocuted. “Don’t be simple,” he says heavily. “Where I come from, fighting side by side with a man is enough to bind you together for life.”
“And what? You want to dig him up, kick him out to sea and have me torch the motherfucker with an arrow? You think that’ll make this better?”
“Shut up, Clint.” Natasha mutters.
“I wouldn’t disturb the dead,” Thor says evenly. “An artefact would suffice.”
“What is this?” Maria asks. “Some kind of… nordic ritual? You trying to send Tony to Valhalla, Thor?”
“You shouldn’t speak about things you don’t understand,” he responds quietly.—
A knock at his door. “Steve?” Asks Bucky, “Steve are you—we’re worried.”
“I wish you had stayed dead,” Steve says, voice hollow. “I’m so sorry Buck. I wish—I wish.”
“Yeah,” Bucky sighs. “Me too.” -

Arya is the only one of them to have met the Targaryen’s Young Dragon, and even then it had been a short battlefield acquaintance when the Ironborn had tried to take the Rock and a hasty alliance had been formed to push them back. Arya had come back from the south covered in blood and filth and said, he’s adequate, I suppose, which meant he probably was the greatest living swordsman.

"You're Deadpool, right?" Spidey says as Wade approaches him, easily and almost playfully dodging his attempts to grab him and the swords. "You're the mercenary that stole my costume design."
"Hey, I was here first, Spider-Twink. Respect your elders!" He blinks. "Wait, actually, the timeline is confusing as fuck. Not really sure who came first. I'm totally down to figure it out over a greasy bag of tacos if you would just stay still–"
Spidey just keeps ignoring him, twisting the katanas together in a web and sticking them to the side of a building several meters away. It's going to be a pain getting them off, and his target looks like he's getting ready to take off even with that bullet wound in his leg, so unfortunately Wade has to cut this game short.
Wade cracks his neck, hand already moving towards his closest gun. "Alrighty Spidey, as fun as this has been, you're kinda getting in the way of my job. I'd really hate to do something–"
Again, a web shoots out, and his gun is fucking gone too. "Yoink."
"Oh come on!"

The last thing he remembers is leaving school. It was a half day, as he’d finished his exams early, texted May about staying over at Ned’s place, sent another text to MJ and then a twitch of his spider senses--
Then a pinch at his neck, like a bee sting, but deeper. Darkness. Then here.
Huh. Kidnapped. That’s new. If he was less emotionally dead from finals and sleep deprivation, he’d probably have a stronger and much more appropriate reaction to that.
At least he's got Captain America and the Winter Soldier to keep him company.
