rupert only has one more chance to get the gold at the upcoming olympics. the only problem? his partner's just left him. enter: taggie o'hara. an ingénue from a skating family, looking for her chance now that her brother has abandoned her for his own solo career. for now, taggie and rupert come to an agreement. she skates with him while he looks for a new partner, and he teaches her all his techniques. two months only, then they go their separate ways. well... that's easier said than done.
