Summary
2B is hot, and all the Operators know it. They also know that 2B has a large amount of spare bodies in storage that are never put to use. Since all that space is definitely going to waste, Commander White makes the executive decision to allow everyone in the Bunker to use 2B's spare bodies for carnal relief. Purely for productivity, of course, and not because everyone wants a 2B to bend over their desks while they're working.
It's probably a good thing the real 2B has no idea what's going on...
