Summary
Dennis gets an itch of his own as he watches Robby and Noelle's relationship unfold, and he has just the plan to get over it.
“I’ll just say that I’m the perfect kind of guy for a man like you,” Dennis teases, bringing a hand to lightly drag down the zipper of Robby’s jacket, his eyes tracking the movement deliberately.
He can hear Robby swallow audibly as he continues, voice dropping in a secretive tone, dragging the words out so he can continue to feel up his attending through his too thick jacket, “Seven week itch, no easy way out without words.”

Aerial silks artist Dennis x Er doctor Robby
Trinity grabs his collar and basically drags him off. "We're getting lunch." She commands. Giving him exactly zero space to say no. They're not the only ones in the cafe Trinity dragged him to. A table next to theirs has four doctors still in scrubs eating sandwiches and discussing things that sound way too complicated for Dennis to be able to actually follow any of it. What he can see?
There's a very hot older man with them. A green fleece hung over the mans chair, a kind look in his eyes. Salt and pepper beard and dark brown hair. "Got your eyes on one of them? They probably make good money..." Trinity asks and She giggles. Dennis blushes and looks at her. "...maybe. the one with the fleece." He admits. She takes a very unsubtle look at him and glances back at him. "Dennis you have abominal taste that man is like fifty." She says flicking his forehead. Dennis sighs. "It's my taste alright?" He mutters looking at his plate.
Trinity laughs. "We have a show in two days... ask him to come as a guest, and who knows, maybe he'll want to stay over after?" She says then.

Summary
Robby grit his teeth, biting down on his nerves, and a blank look crossed over his face. It was a difficult proposition. He would never consider the doe-eyed medical student taking him home, not in a sober mind, if it were not for the searing pain that was grinding his shoulders into the base of his neck. He was right - he could not drive, he could not get into the house, not without several tries, and he did not want to go home alone. It was the inevitability of ending the day in that cold, lonely house that got him into this mess in the first place, where he overexerted himself to stay at work. Whitaker was offering him a hand, and his beautiful, sad eyes were sparkling at the idea of helping him.
And suddenly, Whitaker was bracing him at his side, warmth growing between their bodies in the frost-bitten parking lot.
“It’s the Mercedes.” Robby pointed, and the cold air formed a cloud on his quick breath.

They both wore their bands on their chains—Robby’s with his Magen David and Jack’s with his dog tags. It made Dennis squirm, a little, to watch their interactions. He had a peek into their lives no one else seemed to have.
Christmas was approaching in the Pitt and Dennis already knew he wouldn't be celebrating. He dealt with enough at work given his inappropriate work crushes, familial guilt, and general want for the season to be over. Trinity refused to let him skip and so Dennis is pulled into the Secret Santa. Only problem? Dennis pulled half of the married couple who won't stop touching him.
