Izuku se voile la face depuis ses quatre ans, et tout lui confirme qu'il ne pourra jamais être un héros malgré sa passion ardente.
Lors de sa rencontre avec All Might, ce dernier parvient à s'enfuir juste avant qu'il ne ne soit vu sous sa forme rabougrie. Pas de secret, pas de One for All.
Au pied du mur, l'adolescent se résout à viser un objectif à sa portée plutôt que de suivre Kacchan le tout-puissant.
Mais c'était sans imaginer qu'un peu plus tard dans la soirée, il réaliserait que sa chemise est tâchée de sang, le sang du super-héros qu'il avait serré en plein vol. Perplexe, Izuku décide de mener sa propre enquête sur l'état de santé du numéro un, rencontrant une lycéenne sur le net qui prétend pouvoir lui fournir des réponses...[Cette fanfiction proche du canon contient des spoil majeurs dans sa suite, je vous recommande de ne lire que si vous avez lu les chapitres 305+ du manga d'origine.

On a particularly bad day at Aldera Middle School, Izuku Midoriya was walking home with a burned and soaked notebook when the Sludge Villain attacked. Just when it seemed like Izuku might be killed, he woke up fine with no villain in sight. All Might appeared moments later and to Izuku's surprise, his body no longer obeyed him. All Might ran off in search of his quarry and Izuku (or rather the villain hiding inside his body) walked into a limo with a beaked plague-masked man. Izuku wasn't seen or heard from again for nine months.
This is the story of how Izuku and Eri escaped from the Shie Hassaikai, his guilt over what he had to do to accomplish it, what he does with his new skills and tools, and his journey toward forgiving himself

Katsuki felt like his world was shattering. After an interview leaves him questioning, "What is a hero?" he starts to notice things about Izuku's life. Like, it wasn't just him trying to toughen the nerd up. He sometimes came to class with more bruises than when he left, and how Izuku never really ate.
After learning how some people are treated in a quirk-based society and how little anyone is willing to help. Katsuki makes it his mission to save his first and only friend.
