“In the showers?"
“Yeah?” Hal asked, scrubbing at his back with one hand. Frowning, he twisted around in the spray so he was facing away from Bruce. “Hey, is it on my neck? I swear I can still feel it there.”
Bruce leaned over, scanning Hal’s back. “No. You’re clear.”
(or, the time Hal followed Bruce into the Watchtower showers to continue an argument and nobody but Clark thought that was weird)

He waited until Wayne had downed half the glass, satisfied with the end result. It took a moment for his brain to realize that the clear spring water had come away from Wayne’s mouth with red spiderwebbing through it, blood sinking to the bottom of the glass and expanding in the remaining water.

It was easily the most predictable hit he’d ever delivered. If the knee hadn’t telegraphed it, the wind up would have. He’d leaned back, leaned forward, and sent the sloppiest punch of his vigilante career at the face of a man who should’ve seen it coming from a mile away.
Bruce’s head snapped back with a soft, surprised oomph. He took one step backward, regaining his balance on one overly-smooth loafer as blood began to gush down his face.
Dick stared at him, unable to speak. Unable to look away as Bruce put a hand to his cheek, probing at the bloody gash like he’d never been hit in the face before. The hit he hadn’t seen coming.
