Summary
Sakusa Kiyoomi and Miya Atsumu have a pretty good thing going—they’re colleagues, in a sense. Sakusa’s got a wide breadth of knowledge, due to his position as an anthropologist, magical items collector, and being undead for nearly four hundred centuries. Miya’s a rising star in the CID, and to his mild chagrin, also a walking bloodbag for Sakusa.
And they fuck, occasionally. (Often, really.)
It’s all great, until Miya comes across a mysterious and dangerous case connected to Sakusa’s past, causing certain things—and feelings, to come to light.

Summary
The crush that had been sitting at the back of his mind grew and grew, and Atsumu couldn’t tell if it was a bad thing or not. Dating another faculty member wasn’t prohibited despite it being discouraged, but, worst of all, he didn’t know if he wanted to risk such an already decent relationship for something he feared might not last forever, and he wanted Sakusa to last forever.
It had been true—Atsumu did find himself scared shitless at the realization. His past relationships never gave him that uncomfortable feeling at the pit of his stomach; they never ran the risk of losing something good in hopes of something better. It had been so terrifyingly unfamiliar, Osamu had asked him at the time if it was love. Atsumu had laughed it off knowing it was probably wishful thinking and denied it.

Summary
Sakusa Kiyoomi has an amazing memory and an even more amazing right hook. He uses both to do what he thinks is best: protect Miya Atsumu from anyone who tries to hurt him. Really doesn't help that his unchecked jealousy issues have him thinking he can blow someone up with his mind just for looking at Miya Atsumu though.
Kiyoomi has been in love with his best friend Atsumu for too long now. Maybe he should stop looking at engagement rings before they're even together. Maybe he should be careful with Atsumu's twin brother hating his very guts. Everything will be fine as long as he can keep Atsumu happy.

“What the fuck?” He gasps, eyes wide as he stares at the massive fucking knife in Endo’s hands. That’s not even a regular size - that’s what a fucking butcher uses.
Atsumu knows it's going to be a shitty day. Has known since he woke up with his brain jackhammering in his skull. What he isn't expecting, however, is to meet a classmate who hates his guts in the middle of a forest and struggle to survive in a race for his own life.

The man only laughs, deep and rich. "Come now," He chuckles, "I don't think we've changed that much in ten years now, have we?"
He takes in the strong jaw, the hooded eyes, and recognizes the features—albeit older—that he sees every time he looks in the mirror. He sees the tufts of hair (dark brown, not gray) peeking out from beneath his black cap.
He looks into the other man's eyes and sees dark gray irises, not deep hazel, staring back into his own. And he knows, right then, that there is only one person this could be, no matter how impossible the answer seems.

Bokuto, Hinata, Kiyoomi and himself have always been especially close, grouped together even by the media, their fans affectionately dubbing them MSBY’s Four. But out of all of them, he knows he’s the one Kiyoomi’s closest to, the most open with. So he knows that, despite not seeming like it, Kiyoomi can talk a lot, especially if it’s about something embarrassing for Atsumu. Atsumu smiles at that and thinks, I’m gonna win the friendship test, even though it’s not a competition. “He nearly cried because he was homesick.”
