Summary
Janus and Logan Eleazar had no desire to be tutors. Between Janus' magic and Logan's skill with potions, they were hitmen at the top of their game. Even still, in order to kill Lord Edgar Leander, they needed to infiltrate the manor the nobleman lived in. Being tutors was an easy in and should have mattered very little to their over-arching plan. However, their young pupil, Roman Leander, had discovered a secret Janus was keeping from Logan. As a result, Janus found himself focusing more than he should on the boy and the life he led. He couldn't help but think that despite the lavish world Roman lived in, he was one of the most unhappy children he had ever seen.

Summary
Something was up with Remus.
Something had changed in a very short amount of time. Remus had stood up and declared that he was going to get a drink, and offered to grab anything else anyone wanted. Janus had asked for a bottle of water, and Patton had asked for popcorn, which Remus had agreed to.
It took Remus a while to return, quite longer than Patton assumed was necessary, but Patton didn’t think much of it, until Remus returned, that is. And then it became very apparent that something was wrong.

Summary
(ON HIATUS) Janus and Logan have been each other’s safety and solace for years. Their childhoods hadn’t been easy, but now that they were adults, there wasn’t anything getting in the way of their healing. While Janus is protective and tough, Logan is gentle and clever. They balance each other out well, and help each other through flashbacks and trauma recovery.
