Ed lets himself think about it. Immerses himself in the candlelight flicker of it all, the steely glow of the moon through arched windows. The vulnerable peek of Stede’s throat under that black turtleneck, the shape of his back, his shoulderblades, the obscene curve of his waist, the radiating heat of him. The bed nook. He never got to sink inside Stede there, but his knife almost did.
(or: For totally innocent reasons, Stede wants to know just exactly how Ed was planning to murder him.)

Summary
Stede is going to help his best friend Ed find love! They're going to use Lucius' new dating event, where the person's best friend pitches the person to the group. Who knows you better than your best friend, after all? And after Ed's disasters in dating, surely he could use his friend to psych him up! Stede has a little power point presentation and he's going to ensure that Ed ends the night finding love--no matter where it is. Despite Stede's itty bitty crush on the man.
