Summary
Dark eyes flick up and are met with a scowl—all fake annoyance. Beomgyu’s lips move into that little point to try and hold back his grin, and he has Yeonjun back to thinking about the fact that maybe love at first sight isn’t real—but surely there is something between them.
Of course he doesn’t love Beomgyu. He doesn’t even know Beomgyu.
He could snore, and he could be picky. He could be annoying and overbearing and a million other things that would make them not work out.
But there’s something. It’s in Yeonjun’s chest and his fingertips and his lips and his eyes. It’s warm and fuzzy and bright.

Beomgyu was Yeonjun's first -- first love, first kiss, first everything. But they broke up almost three years ago after Yeonjun left to study abroad, and now Beomgyu is getting married. It's fine; Yeonjun can handle anything if he sets his mind to it. Even a bachelor's trip with the best friends he hardly speaks to anymore; Beomgyu's new fiancé; and the surge of feelings he thought he'd long since repressed.
Because if they were meant to be together, it would have happened by now, right?

While Yeosang is teetering on the edge, he isn’t quite gone yet. That’ll happen as soon as Wooyoung retrieves the collar that’s currently on the coffee table behind Yeosang’s back, kept out of sight to build the anticipation even more. And before he watches the coherency disappear from Yeosang’s eyes, he needs to perform one last check-in. He needs to confirm that Yeosang is okay with what they’re about to do. It may be overkill - he’s asked multiple times today, to say nothing of the rest of the week that’s led up to this moment - but he needs to be sure that the light is green, that Yeosang is just as in as he is.
That he’s just as in as San is.
They've been dating San for three months, brought together by a blind date organized by their friend Seonghwa after he started going to the gym San works at.
But while they've had plenty of sex, they've never invited San into this part of their lives. This routine, of all of Yeosang's worries and thoughts melting away at the click of a collar and the firm tug of a leash, the downright sacred connection of pet and owner, has been solely theirs.
