Donnie was the first one up and standing. He rubbed his eyes and began to take in his surroundings, paling when his eyes caught Raph and Leo.
“Oh my god…” He whispered, glancing at Mikey and then at his own body. “This cannot be happening.”
Or, when Leo, Raph, and Donnie are de-aged, Mikey has to step up as the de-facto leader and temporary eldest sibling.

He kicked the ball back to them, but missed them by a little bit. They shot him a look and Doi opened his mouth to apologize, but nothing came out.
He frowned and tried apologizing again, but yielded the same results. The fourth grader looked at him funny again before taking their ball and walking away.
After they left, he tried humming again, but got nothing. He couldn’t speak, he couldn’t hum either. That was weird.
