If you’re having non-magical issues, the last person on the moon you want to talk to is Taako. Having an issue with Mage Hand? No problem, he can walk you through it (he’s not likely to because he’s got way more important shit to take care of, but on a good day, it’s a possibility).
Emotional issues, on the other hand? You’d be better off talking to Steven, because Taako’s good out here, homie, and he’s the least well-equipped person on the entire base to deal with this shit.

Halloween isn't a "thing" here, or so Ren informs him. In an attempt to make it one on their chaotic street, Taako learns a startling amount about one boy detective, and one Grim Reaper. He's not a stellar person. Not by anyone's standards, really, even when factoring in the whole "saved the world" deal.
But damned if he won't try to make Kravitz's costume a reality.

Sure as hell didn't anticipate that the afterlife would entail train rides with the world's chattiest assassin, old British men who bake you pie whenever you want, Narancia dating a nice boy with a hole in his chest, and occasionally chasing the creature that used to be Giorno Giovanna's father off your porch with a shotgun. Bruno better be proud. Abbacchio's really trying to be a better person.
