The little wrinkle she got in the middle of her forehead when she was nervous was shining brighter than the sun to him at this moment, so he kissed her forehead to make it disappear.
“Why is she getting you so worked up?” He asked her and she sighed.
“I always get like this when I come see her and the rest of the clan. I just…don’t know why but I have a horrible feeling you are going to want to leave me after this” she confessed and looked down at her heels, so he tilted her chin upwards to look him in the eye.

Wanda Maximoff works in a bar during the uprise of the Germans in Russia 1942 when her brother has decided to flee to America in hopes of finding peace. She stays behind and helps her dear friends run the bar, which means kicking out the drunks when it's time for closing. Suddenly, the war takes a turn and America has decided to send over troops to help fight the good fight.
She catches the eye of one soldier James Barnes, but she fears rejection and pity when and if she reveals her one big secret: She's Jewish.
