On the other hand, Neville tried to infiltrate the ranks, but it wasn’t until he was caught that he realized how stupid he was. He was close to death when the cold air of Draco’s voice infiltrated his worn out mind, saving him. Neville tried to keep his mind guarded, let alone his heart, but as the Dark Lord gained power so do their feelings for each other. The Dark Lord ordered Neville and Draco to marry, a punishment worse than death, sealing their promise with dark magic.
