How would season 2 change if Kara and Lena happened to meet and go on a date before Lena moved Luthor Corp to National City? What if Kara didn't know who Lena was and they spent a month chatting and getting to know each other until the day that Kara and Clark entered her office after the Venture incident and she found out that the Lena she met was actually Lena Luthor? Will Alex get through this without drinking her liver into submission?

“I brought Big Belly Burger!” Kara exclaimed from the open terrace door. Lena glanced back inwards to see her best friend lifting a paper bag excitedly.
And Lena might have smiled back if Kara weren’t again blowing her own identity.
“I didn’t know you wore contacts,” Lena lied.
She watched Kara’s eyes bulge and her free hand plunge into her purse in frantic search for her resin-rimmed facade. She turned away from Lena like it had any impact whatsoever on Lena having seen Supergirl’s face in Kara Danver’s clothes.

Summary
Lena Luthor moves LuthorCorp’s HQ to National City with the sole aim of meeting, collaborating with, and potentially befriending, two people: Supergirl and K Elzörn.
One is a world-saving alien superhero, the cousin of the Kryptonian her now-incarcerated brother tried to kill. The other is an elusive genius astro-particle physicist publishing under a pseudonym, who Lena is desperate to track down.
She has massive crushes on both of them. (And Cat Grant can’t resist meddling.)
Never in her wildest dreams would Lena have imagined that they might be the same woman.

Is it the best plan in the world? No. But Clark's nine. He's got a decent few years left before anyone expects his plans to be, like, actually good. All this plan has to do is work.
--
Clark loves his mom, but he's always been curious about where he came from. When Supergirl appears on the news, he becomes convinced that, because of their shared powers, she must be his biological mother. But it's not like he can just call her up on the phone and ask to meet. Nope. Supergirl only shows up when someone needs saving... So, Clark's best idea is to dangle himself off the side of the L-Corp tower and wait.
And then Kara shows up and meets the cousin she believed dead and the love of her life, all in one fell swoop.
