    Summary

In celebration of this year's Schleiernächte, the stretch of time made up of the days the lunar calendar doesn't account for, when the veil between worlds is said to be at its thinnest, a community bulletin board is placed near the front gates of Mondstadt, and anyone in Teyvat is encouraged to compose and share poetic works for all to enjoy. When what begins as a somewhat silly exercise in literary creativity takes an unexpected turn for the profound, two particular citizens find that their complicated connections to the land they call home, and the disquiet they feel because of them, are more alike than they'd thought.

    Summary

All it takes for Allen's mask to crack is the sight of an old face coming back to haunt him. A nightmare he couldn't think of is becoming a reality and every time he sees Cosimov smile, he can feel the phantom sting of a fist hitting his face, the frostbite chilling his skin. He's eight again, hurting, bitter and on his own against someone who's trying his hardest to make him miserable. But this time he's got Mana's armor to shield him, so it'll be fine. Nobody will notice what's happening behind the stage as long as he does his best to keep up appearances.

He's dealt with Cosimov before, he'll manage to endure it again. For the sake of keeping his promise to Mana.

Expect between the keen eyes of a swordman, the observation skills of a Bookman and the attention of a concerned friend his secret won't be burried for long beneath his slipping smiles. It's only a matter of time until the curtain falls.

“Do you hate dogs?” Allen stared for a moment. Kanda sighed and sat down, immediately the dog trotted up to him and sat down with his tail wagging. “You always jump whenever he's around. It's gotten worse lately. Why?”

(Or rather: A story in which Kanda finds a dog, and names it Red, and Allen reacts to it)

Too close. Too close. It was still too close.

Fingers clawing into Kanda’s knee, he held on tightly as he tried to come back. His breath was coming in too fast pants, and he was growing more lightheaded with each passing second. He glanced over his shoulder, feeling the spirit drifting through the space. His space. On the dais, the altar cloth fluttered and behind that, a statue trembled.

“You need to calm the fuck down and start breathing properly,” Kanda snapped, roughly pushing his face to the side to peer at the back of his head, “No blood. I’m not carrying your dumbass again. What are you freaking out about anyway? There’s nothing here.” Gripping Allen’s chin, he yanked him back around to face him again. “Are you listening?”

Allen really wasn’t. There was too much going on, too much energy swirling around him vying for his attention. Squeezing his eyes shut, he tried to focus, tried to remember how to calm himself. Like Cross had taught him. In his head, Cross growled, ‘Focus on your senses. One thing you can taste.’ He gasped in a breath.

    .....

Or where Allen joins a group of ghost hunters as their second spiritualist, and Kanda is there to keep everyone safe.

    Summary

“Six thousand years, Childe,” Zhongli hisses, taking another swig of the vile alcohol the Fatui import from their homeland. “Six thousand years. It was unavoidable that I misplace something.”
“And I am so glad it was pitiful, whiny love letters,” Childe snickers, topping up his glass. “To a colleague, no less.”
There is nothing to do but drink. Zhongli will have to endure weeks of this, more if nothing more titillating comes along to distract the people’s memory once the exhibition has run its course.

Zhongli had completely forgotten about these unsent letters, until Hu Tao comes up with her ridiculous plan. Now he has to cope with the reactions of everyone in Liyue Harbor and beyond, and not least of all, those of the intended recipient. What is Venti to him, in this new era?
