He shouldn't allow this because the avatar might only be doing this because Link wants it to, and how will he ever explain something like that to Sidon? He shouldn't be doing this because Sidon might find out somehow, because the king might already know, because this might taint their precious friendship.
He shouldn't because a taste of intimacy like this is only going to make Link want the real thing even more.

Sidon's avatar starts behaving strangely, teasing Link with affectionate touches and gestures that the real Sidon would never allow; a torment so sweet, Link simultaneously wants it to end and never stop. At the same time, Sidon is plagued with strange dreams of his dearest friend. Dreams where he can't hold back desires he didn't even know he had.
