After saving Baldur's Gate and losing her love, Petra hides away at her father's house, refusing to see her friends or return to her previous career as a stage performer. After a year of hiding, Astarion tracks her down and insists she move into his house with him, so he can care for her better than her distant father is. As Petra begins to navigate the world again, she becomes obsessed with avenging Karlach, and so she comes up with a plan: she's going to go to Avernus and kill Zariel.
Oh, and Petra and Astarion are desperately in love with one another, and everyone knows it, save the two idiots pining for one another.

Here are the rules to survive as a civilian in Gotham City:
The first rule is to keep your head down. Don't draw attention to yourself. Don't make eye contact. Walk briskly and with purpose. Don't wear anything flashy that can be stolen and most certainly do not walk down that dark alley.
The second rule is don't be a hero. Avoid confrontations. Walk the other way when you see a standoff. Don't try to help that man getting beat up in the alley, because odds are you'll get killed right along with him. Gotham City has Batman for a reason.
The third and most important rule is this: Don't get involved with superheroes.
Or in your case, gun-toting vigilantes.

Summary

She soon finds herself drawn into their drama and ends up connecting with the Noble Original, Elijah Mikaelson. Slowburn.
Warning: This story will follow some of the canon, but not all if it, there will be changes along the way. Also, I will only be doing the first two seasons of the Originals but that is because of personal preference. I enjoyed the first two seasons but anything after that was just depressing so for that reason I won’t be writing anything after season two.
