Also yes, as the above quote implies: that's the direction this work is headed.

Brian didn't keep a mirror in his quarters, the rather cramped room was one of safety, and staring at a face that shouldn't be there did not feel particularly soothing. Brian did, however, occasionally catch a glimpse of himself in the reflections of the main window; out in that vast cosmos he was never truly sure he left, he would move whirring eyes down onto the dazed reflection of what he assumed was himself.

The grand and war-torn city of Minas Tirith is not a very suitable place for a hobbit, and while recovering here after the destruction of the Ring, Frodo feels increasingly hopeless and disconnected. However, through a few honest moments shared with friends and acquaintances, he just might be able to find a great deal of compassion, a little romance, and maybe even a good night’s sleep during his stay here.
