Summary
It was almost humorous, in a demented sort of sense, just how quickly he could descend from grace. From that high horse he so desperately clung to with those calloused fingertips and torn nails. It was only a flicker, a mirage maybe.
Loose, chestnut tresses looped behind rose tipped ears. Claret irises sparking with challenge, lingering on all the facets of Akira’s face. Gloved hands, lithe fingers, thin wrists. A frame too frail to be healthy. A promise kissed onto a bullet casing.
