Luke Skywalker had already lost his chance at rebuilding the long lost order he held so dear to him a long time ago, his own mistakes causing its destruction.
Yet in his last few days, he resolved himself to allow for the next generation to carrying on the legacy of the Jedi, to carry on the torch he himself could not uphold. With his final stand allowing himself to teach the next Jedi mentors to not make the same mistakes he did.
But fate had other plans. Instead of becoming one with the Force as a spirit, he was sent to a land far beyond the known galaxy. Younger in body but older in mind as he was given his second chance to guide a generation as an Advisor. Yet he still holds fear in his heart that someday, his attempts to rebuild the Jedi Order here would end up in tragedy like it had so many decades ago.
But he won't be letting this second chance go to waste, even if the people he was supposed to guide all happen to be slugthrower wielding, highly durable if slightly trigger happy girls.

The 8th Human falls down the underground, but little did they know that their presence had managed to awake someone from death. Now the first fallen has to venture through an Underground their actions had changed. Will they be able to fulfill the promise they made so long ago?
Basically my take on the Chara having a body when Frisk is traveling through the Underground trope. (Charisk happens much later)

Summary
Yunkui Summit stands like a lantern above Waifei Peninsula, its disciples the last quiet line between the city and the Hollows beyond. In the heart of a Hollow Storm, with memories slipping like mist through her fingers, three blades will cross and the fate of the Qingming Sword and Waifei Peninsula will be rewritten.
