Summary
Blake Belladonna is a fairly famous horror author, with seven award winning novels under her belt and an eighth on the way. But after leaving her abusive ex-husband, Blake finds herself running away to the tiny island town of Patch, hoping to find a quiet, peaceful life for herself.
Unfortunately, fate seems to have other plans as she quickly finds herself drawn into a murder investigation that only seems to get stranger and more deadly with every turn... and that's before she starts to fall in love with the ghost of her new roommate's dead sister, whose murder she's currently investigating.
