God heaven forgive me, I wanna write somethin’ I’ll regret at age fifty…
This basically just explains why I wrote this.
This whole thing is self-indulgent… I’ve always had some sort of a crush on the older pine twins but never went far with it until I recently played swooning over Stans: A Grunkle Dating sim and found myself re playing it over and over again, doing the Stan ending and then the Ford ending and then The Stan ending again.
At some point it wasn’t satiating me anymore, so I moved onto Fanfic’s, and I then come across a little gem that brings me back to year 7 when my obsession with fictional characters really took its stride. "New town, New me" a Fanfic written back in 2022 that’s now orphaned and hasn’t been updated since 2022-09-15. It resuscitated my love for self-insert fanfics, and I decided to write this because of it.

This is about Maria a 31 year old woman who finally moved out of her parents house with the help of her families stolen savings and her own from the numerous jobs she’d taken up, She has a pet Samoyed called Charlie. She flew to Oregan to get as far away from her family as she could and is now settling into her new home, Gravity falls. -
