At least until the ever flirtatious Black Cat crossed his path, or worse yet, the attractive undertaker Nicholas D. Wolfwood who wandered into his flower shop one day. Vash swore he wouldn't let himself get attached, but he can't help feeling he's at the center of someone else's web...

Humans were supposed to be so much better than this. How could this creature be the same species as his beloved Henry? Levi almost shuddered at the thought. The two were nothing alike. His orange eyes bore holes deep into the man, picking up on every little cue. His heart was already racing, he was bleeding from the glass, Levi was heavy on his chest, perfect… even better… even better was the envy seeping in. It was a tiny amount, miniscule, but Levi knew that beautiful tingle anywhere. The man was jealous of his strength."Levi grows jealous easily, no surprises there. During a trip into the human world, he intends to give a man who has been paying attention to mc a warning... but humans are so very fragile, and Levi quickly realises the extent of his strength. He isn't sure how far he's willing to go to protect y/n from these other suitors... but if he's come this far, he might as well commit, right?

Summary
Wolfwood had lived in his bay for years. It was the perfect territory for him, relatively small and sheltered by the surrounding rocks and small cliffs that encircled the water. There were small coves and underwater caves scattered around, a small beach that he could bask on, plenty of fish to hunt and most importantly, no humans.
It had been his paradise for years.
Then the human showed up.
