“Are sure you want this one?” The trader asked. “We haven’t had him long, haven’t had the time to properly break him and he’s a fighter. He’s already bitten off the finger of one of my men.” The trader glared over at the boy in question who defiantly glared right back, muffled against his gag as he growled much like a feral beast.
“Oh a little fight will be perfect for the young master.” Samson said as a slight smirk spread across his face, knowing this stubborn boy would likely drive his young master mad, it would serve him right. The young upstart could use a little distraction to stop getting Samson’s way to climbing the ranks and what better than a troublesome nuisance such as this to take up his focus? “I’ll take him off your hands.”

Summary
Chuuya and Dazai are college roommates, and despite what Dazai likes to say, he gets really worried about Chuuya. Chuuya overworks himself too much and Dazai tried everything in his power to get him to stop and take a break, but it doesn't work. The one time it works is after Dazai finds Chuuya working and smearing blood all over his computer and desk because his skin cracked due to neglect. He patches up Chuuya's hands and arms and tells him to go to sleep, for once Chuuya listens. Except after he does take a break, Chuuya's parents call him and send him back into the terrible downwards spiral of overwork.
