Shouto was excited. Maybe Bakugou would ask him on a date , now that he had no scar and he was pretty, like the pretty boys that Bakugou asked out on dates.
"What the fuck is that on your face Icyhot?" Bakugou asked, the irrigation clear on his face.
"It's makeup Bakugou-san, what else would it be," Momo replied.
Bakugou's sneer worsened.
"Looks like fucking shit. You look worse than you did before"
And Shouto felt his heart ache.
Or:
Shouto is insecure about his looks, and Momo puts makeup on him and he feels pretty for once and he hopes Bakugou will think that too. Except it doesn't go that way.

"They even used my face as their profile picture," Shouto commented, clicking on the profile and seeing his face in all of their photos. "Is this identity theft?"
"Nah, this is a fan account," Katsuki sneered, looking half like he wanted to destroy the account and half like he wanted to look at it more. "There's probably loads."
OR: Following the advice of his PR manager, Shouto gets Instagram; Katsuki subsequently gets grey hairs at each post.
