Summary
It's been 7 months since Wille and Simon drove away from Hillerska and towards their shared future. Wille deciding to renounce his title at 18 didn't solve all of their problems, but they had built a much more stable and healthy relationship once they were free from the weight of the crown.
Even being long distance, they managed to disgust their friends daily being sickeningly in love. Wille says he can take the teasing - they earned the right to be That Annoying Couple after everything they went through in their first year.
Year 2 is going great though. They have good friends, like their schools, and their relationship is solid. They even have plans to go to university together once they graduate.
They should have known things were going too well. When a bombshell article rocks Sweden just after Christmas, everyone's world turns upside down.
The Royal Court is exposed. The people are revolting. And Wille and Simon don't know what to do, but at least they'll do it together, right?
Can be read as a standalone fic. Parts 1 and 3 of the series are supplemental social media posts that fill in plot points and are just for fun.

The door opens. A man with messy curly hair, big gray sweatpants, comes out, rubbing his eyes. He looks very lost. Of course, Wilhelm is prepared for this. He got something to eat and water and coffee and electrolytes and- a scream cuts through his thoughts.
It seems like Mr. Eriksson noticed him just now. With wide eyes, he stars at him. Probably, he's not completely awake yet, and the alcohol is still present in his system. Wilhelm smiles at him, "Good morning, Mr. Eriksson. Could you rest a bit?"
Simon rolls his eyes and snorts, "You want to give me a lecture? Go on!", the man walks towards the bathroom.
"No, that's not what I'm doing. I made coffee and here is an electrolyte drink, that will help you", Wilhelm points on the table in front of him.
The other man stills in his movements and looks at him for a few seconds. His eyes are confused and flickering between Wilhelm's eyes and the beverages. Mr. Eriksson just nods shortly and takes the coffee. When he takes the first sip, he scrunches his face, "I hate coffee", and takes another sip.Bookmarked by Youseichen

“Basically, yes,” Sara says.
“That's insane! How do you intend to organize an entire wedding from the other side of the world?”
“Well, we wouldn't have to do it, not really. You would do it for us,” Felice confirms his suspicions, a tentative smile on her full lips.

“You are my bridesman, Wille,” Felice clarifies, “Sara will have her own one, who already agreed to help organize the wedding while we're away.”
Wilhelm's stomach churns in an unpleasant way, suggesting him that he's not going to like where this is going. Not one bit.
Before he can even gather the courage to ask who the aforementioned person is – even though he has a pretty good idea already – the door of the café opens and, as if on cue, a head of brown, curly hair he hasn't seen in a while appears in his sight.
“You've got to be fucking kidding me.”
