Meant to bookmark this sooner. Wow, what a story. Up there with the greats of this fandom, but brings something else to the table. The way the world is expanded, the way that it tackles some of the issues inherent to ASOIAF, the characters, the way the author does historical research, etc. It's a real gem. Be warned, they like giving the characters pimples lol
